ABOUT
Bradley Hicks is an angel investor, impact entrepreneur, philanthropist, and father.
Born from a Texan family lineage of investors and venture capital innovation, he entered into VC and angel investing early, predicting and investing in emerging meta-trends such as Tesla (2012), X.Al (Series B, C & E), Facebook (2012), and Micro Strategy (2020) in their nascency. His career began with selection into the elite US Navy SEALs, where he served for over 10 years and deployed overseas 5 times in support of National Security.
After his service, he received an MBA from UNC-Chapel Hill, then joined RedBird Capital Partners to learn the ropes of investment risk analysis and world-class diligence and strategy across Technology, Media, Entertainment, & Data Centers. He has personally invested in 50+ companies over the last 13 years and has supported the flourishing of impact-focused frontier hospitality, health & wellness, space and technology companies.
Through immense self-discovery and growth over the seven years since leaving the SEAL Teams, Bradley has settled into his life mission and purpose to be a Builder across vectors in service to the elevation and evolution of human creativity, vitality, and intelligence. His current project, Float Lab, is the center point of this mission.
